I am a therapist working in private practice in Brighton where I also teach counselling skills at several colleges. I am a qualified counsellor and trainee supervisor, gaining my qualifications in person centred counselling at Brighton University.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which is an organisation for counselling professionals to ensure therapists are working ethically and to professional standards.

I work in a person centred integrative way, which means I am led by what issues you want to bring, at a pace that feels right for you to explore them. Everyone is different, and I tailor the sessions to support you as an individual in working towards changes and choices that you want to see in your current circumstances and in your life.

I have worked with a wide range of issues, and diverse groups of clients, supporting people in exploring current and past difficulties.
